Consortium meeting in ACCIONA

Posted on 06 April 2014

The REFORM consortium met at ACCIONA in Madrid to discuss project progress and to examine the ACCIONA case studies in more detail.  Most of the preliminary development work has been completed and the research partners are now preparing to apply these new technologies to real industrial parts supplied by the end-users.

The consortium are also in discussions to patent some results and are developing trademarks.  Other outcomes, such as the Augmented Reality layup system will be freely licensed to encourage take-up for maximum green impact.

The consortium split into smaller groups on the second day for in-depth technical discussions regarding the next steps in the project.  A number of visits have been arranged between partners in the coming months to start integrating the results.
